When there is a traffic accident and it is on the other side of the road please keep it moving. That accident has nothing to do with you!!! Do you not realize that there are other people behind you? What are you going to do? Get out and help? NOT!!!!. There is nothing wrong with taking a glimps while you are passing by. There is no need to come to a full stop. This is being NOSEY!!!!!!
