Had a Trouble Ticket that someone could not log in.  "What's wrong?", I asked.  "My computer isn't working!" he exclaimed.  Based on the user's detailed analysis and after consulting the chicken bones presented to me when I became MCSE certified, I quickly reached a conclusion and found the problem.  First, he's an idiot.  Second, he forgot his password.  "I fixed it, but had to reset your password to an admistrator level to prevent this from happening again," I said.  "I knew it was something," he replied, "What's the new password?" "SSABMUD", I said.  He hasn't forgotten it since.
